Reservoir Characterization - Siliciclastics, Carbonates & Fractured Systems

Reservoir characterization combines field stratigraphic and structural studies, seismic imaging, petrographic and electron beam imaging, geochemical techniques, and rock physics to describe and predict the three-dimensional architecture of hydrocarbon reservoirs, groundwater systems, and CO2 storage systems, their internal structure and heterogeneity, and production characteristics. Projects include field studies in a wide range of tectonic and depositional environments.
