Students employed in a student position must meet the minimum enrollment requirements linked here.
Employment Eligibility Verification

Students employed in an hourly position will be required to submit employment eligibility verification via the Form I-9 within 3 business days of hire. A list of acceptable documents for the Form I-9 can be found here. The start date of employment is dependent on when the employee can provide the required documentation.
Timesheets
Students employed in hourly positions are required to submit timesheets in order to be paid wages for hours worked. Timesheets should be submitted weekly.

Timesheets are unavailable periodically while payroll is processing paychecks. Employees will have access to enter time after this process is complete.
Payment

Hourly student employees are paid semi-monthly (twice a month) at an hourly rate approved by the Jackson School of Geosciences.
