Hello,
My name is Cameron, I am a Computational Geoscientist for students and researchers in the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences. I am also a UT alum, having completed my M.S. in Geoscience at the Jackson School and B.S. in Computational Engineering at the Cockrell School. I specialize in using open-source Python libraries to optimize big data workflows using high-performance computing. My research focus is formally in climate modeling and software engineering, however I have experience in developing software across multiple Earth and planetary science disciplines.
