My interest lies in large-scale geodynamic evolution, like those processes associated with subduction, mantle convection, and intraplate deformation. The most amazing thing is that we could simulate those giant processes in our small (comparing to our planet) computers. The key is to apply physical principles in a numerical way, which is quite attractive to me.
