The Texas Geosciences Career Fair
Visit us this fall and recruit from our very skilled and talented student population. We have undergraduate and graduate students studying geosciences, earth sciences and environmental sciences. Our students are prepared for various industries including oil & gas, environmental consulting, renewable and new energy, natural resource management, machine learning and data sciences and many areas of technology.

| Registration for Employers
Career Fair registration will go live for companies and employers on June 24 at 8 am CST. Registration occurs on the new UT system 12Twenty@Texas.
Before registering for the fair, all new recruiters must first claim and verify their 12Twenty@Texas account. This is a UT Austin-wide requirement for recruiters who are new to our programs. If you participated in the fair last year, you likely already have an active account.

What is the overall cost?
- Corporate/ For-Profit Company Booth: 1050.00
- Non-Profit/ Government: Federal/State/Local Booth: 525.00
What is Included?
- 4 recruiters (max 6 per booth)
- 6′ deep x 10′ wide booth space with a 6’ table
- Conference style pipe & drape
- 1 printed sign with company name
- Catered breakfast, lunch and coffee/tea/ and water stations

Arrival time
The career fair officially begins at 10:00 a.m.; however, recruiters are welcome to arrive as early as 7:00 a.m. to set up their booths and enjoy breakfast prior to the start of the event.
Freight shipping
All companies who are registered and have made their payments will receive shipping instructions from Lone Star Decorating ahead of the career fair.
Please do not ship items to the Jackson School Building or to Career Services.
Parking that day
Career Services will not provide parking passes. Ride-sharing is strongly encouraged due to campus construction and very limited parking availability.
