Belle is the Chief Development Officer for the Jackson School of Geosciences and Associate Director of the Geology foundation. She oversees the development and alumni relations program to deliver best practices in friend and fundraising. She is a fifth generation Texan who holds a B.A. from UT Austin and a M.P.A. from Angelo State University. Having worked and lived abroad, she brings a global perspective to the Jackson School.

Karen has over 20 years of experience in development, program management and marketing. In her current role, she travels frequently, partnering with friends and alumni across the nation to realize their philanthropic vision through support of the Jackson School. Born in Naples, Italy and raised in Texas she holds a B.A. degree from UT Austin and is thrilled to work on behalf of her alma mater.

Jazmine Leon-Wing

Jazmine brings over a decade of experience in client relationship management, marketing and communications in the private, non-profit and education sectors. She currently works with external companies and philanthropic foundations to establish mutually beneficial relationships on behalf of the Jackson School’s students, faculty and research scientists. Originally from New York City, Jazmine holds a B.A. degree from Yale University (Magna Cum Laude) and a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University (Beta Gamma Sigma).

Kristen is your go-to professional for alumni relations at the Jackson School. With more than 10 years of experience in non-profit volunteer management, Kristen fosters life-long relationships between our alumni and the Jackson family through regional and national programming, personal visits and meaningful volunteer opportunities. Hailing from Corsicana, TX, Kristen has a B.S. degree in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M University – but don’t let her Aggie background fool you. Her heart definitely bleeds burnt orange.

Georgia is the glue that keeps the Development and Alumni office running. She wears many hats – office manager, event planner and administrative coordinator. More recently, she has taken on responsibilities that enable the team to provide exceptional stewardship services to our support base.

Milli Christner

Milli serves as the Assistant Director for Development for Environmental Science Institute. Since 2000, the Institute has developed and fostered interdisciplinary environmental research, education, and outreach programs. Milli helps build relationships and partnerships with individuals, businesses and foundations to support the Institute and its programs. She is a Longhorn holding a B.A. from UT Austin. In addition, she has earned a M.A. from University of Houston and Ph.D. from Texas State University. Ask her about Hot Science – Cool Talks or Scientists in the Classroom – two of her favorite Institute outreach programs.

Felicia Rodriguez

Development and Alumni Relations Intern

Felicia is the Development and Alumni Relations Intern for the Jackson School of Geosciences. She was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She is a third year Journalism student at UT, with aspirations to become an Entertainment Broadcast Journalist. She is a world traveler, a writer, a gym enthusiast, a Disney World fanatic, and most importantly, a daughter and a sister to two younger siblings. Even though she may not be a Geoscience major, she has a lot of love for the Jackson school and the team that she works with.
