GeoFORCE Scholarship Deadline

For students hoping to start their college careers at UT in the fall, our GeoFORCE STEM Scholarship Application is open and the deadline is Friday, February 6th @ 11:59pm. Please check your email for a link to the application or reach out to Jennifer Peña, jennifer.pena@jsg.utexas.edu.
This application is for students who applied to start a STEM program at the University of Texas at Austin in Fall 2026. STEM-eligible majors are any majors within the Jackson School of Geosciences, College of Natural Sciences, and Cockrell School of Engineering EXCEPT majors within the department of Human Sciences (this includes human development and family sciences, nutritional sciences, public health, and textiles + apparel).
We understand that not all students have heard back yet with a decision from UT for Fall 2026. Students, if you applied to a UT STEM program, you should apply for this scholarship, regardless of if you have heard back from UT or not. To receive the scholarship, if awarded, students must be accepted and enrolled as a full-time student at UT Austin in an eligible STEM program in the fall.
