Earth and Planetary Processes Thru Time

GEO 416S is designed to introduce second-year students to key geological concepts and field skills in a single course. Students learn broadly about the physical, chemical and biological processes that shape the Earth, and witness how these processes shape their surroundings on field trips to Texas rivers, coastlines and other sites. GEO 416S is required for geosciences majors and open to all students at The University of Texas at Austin.
