Using Group Digital Library for Publications & References:

• The group digital library is located here: \shannon\All_Access\Library
• In this folder you will see an endnote named “Flemings”. You can use this to search and find publications located in the All Access Library.
• How to search for and open a publication:
• Open the endnote file Flemings
• Type your search term in the “Quick Search” bar, hit enter
• If the reference has a paperclip by the author’s name then the file is located in our library.
• Select the reference
• Right click, File Attachment, Open File
• If you have publications you would like added to the library please save the pdf in the “To_Be_Added” folder.
