Chikaodili Chukwuneke

 Chikaodili E. Chukwuneke

Chikaodili had his first degree in Petroleum Chemistry at the American University of Nigeria. He later worked there as a research officer and his research interests were in heterogenous catalysis and analytical chemistry. He is a graduate student in Prof. Buddie Mullins’s group at UT Austin where his research interest lies in material synthesis and characterization for energy conversion and storage.

Grace Milem

Grace started with a self-designed Bachelor of Science from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio with aims of art conservation. Over the course of these studies, she developed an interest in chemical research, and entered Stephen F. Austin State University for a second degree in Chemistry, then continued to a Master’s degree focused on biomimetic catalysis of non-heme iron oxo enzymes and DFT calculations for energy comparison. She joined Prof. Kami Hull’s lab upon entering UT’s chemistry Ph.D. program in 2022, focusing on mechanistic study through kinetic analysis and DFT calculations of intermediates and transition states within catalytic cycles.
