Abstract Submission

Welcome to the joint workshop on CAHMDA-VI and HEPEX-DAFOH III!

Deadline for abstract submission has been extended to July 31, 2014.

All students submitting abstracts can also provide posters during the conference for the poster awards. Poster awards will be judged by an international panel of scientists and researchers. Amounts to be awarded are as follows:

First place: $200.00

Second place $150.00

Third place $100.00

Questions about the poster awards can be directed to the local organizing committee and program coordinator. Poster winners will be announced on the final day of the conference, September 12, and winners will need to provide contact information to the local organizing committee and program coordinator.

To submit an abstract, click the link below and proceed. Note that all fields in the abstract submission page are required. Please specify the session and your preferred presentation type, and keep your abstract within 250 words.

You should receive an email submission confirmation with a link to view or edit your abstract. The steering committee will be reviewing all abstract submissions and a decision on acceptance will be made after the abstract submission form has closed.
