Biography

Asher Pierce is a fourth-year undergraduate general geology major studying ICP-MS in the fall 2023 class covering the fundamentals of the methodology of ICP-MS. He hopes to learn these valuable skills of analysis through this class and this project by extension. He has studied igneous petrology in previous classes that will aid in this particular investigation.

April Deleon is a fifth-year undergraduate general geology major in The Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences at The University of Texas at Austin. Her interests include mineralogy and geochronology. April has experience with detrital zircon geochronology with laser ablation.
