Shelby Clark

PhD Student, Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences in the Jackson School of Geosciences 

Shelby is a PhD student interested in fluid and ore geochemistry, working under Dr. Marek Locmelis. Her research focuses on understanding the genesis and geochemical constraints of lower crustal Ni-Cu-PGE and critical metal ore deposits with the goal of adding new search spaces to metal exploration models in order to identify and secure future metal resources.

PhD Student, Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences in the Jackson School of Geosciences

Holiday is a PhD student interested in the nexus of government and geology, working under Dr. Marek Locmelis. Her current work identifies and elucidates policy trends in the critical minerals sector in the United States over the last three decades. In turn, she looks forward to studying ore genesis and geochemistry and has a special love for both mineralogy and petrography.
