Jinyu Zhang is a research associate at Bureau of Economic Geology, University of Texas at Austin. He is working on clastic sedimentology and source-to-sink sediment dispersal. He earned his Ph.D. degree at UT-Austin in 2018. He is the recipient of 2020 Robert Mitchum Award from EAGE and 2018 J.C. 'Cam' Sproule Memorial Award from AAPG.
