Transportation from Austin Airport

Austin’s Capital Metro provides bus service to/from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in about 30 minutes or less, depending on traffic. $1 bus fare takes you between the airport and downtown every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. Catch the #100 bus (Airport Flyer) at the airport on the baggage-claim level on the far northeast side. The bus drops you off at 23rd St. & Robert Dedman Dr. (in front of UT’s Stadium, its first stop), a short walk down 23rd St. to the Jackson Geological Sciences Building (see JGB, section 5 on campus map). The bus continues on to downtown Austin–close to many hotels, shops, restaurants and nightlife–before returning to the airport. See www.capmetro.org/airport for more information.

SuperShuttle provides shuttle transportation between ABIA airport and local Austin area hotels. To arrange service, book online or call 800 BLUE VAN (800-258-2826).
